Mark Brayan

CEO

Mark Brayan is Soprano’s Chief Executive Officer. He joined the company in September 2023 and is responsible for the overall leadership of the business.  

Mark is an acclaimed business leader with a track record of driving growth and success in the AI and communications industries.  

Prior to joining Soprano, Mark was the CEO of Appen, one of the world’s largest AI data and technology providers, leading the company for over seven years. Before that, he was CEO of Australian communications solutions company MST Global, and CEO of Integrated Research, serving the unified communications and other markets. In total, he has held C-level positions for over 20 years and has proven himself an outstanding leader of people, processes, and performance.   

Mark holds an MBA from UNSW Business School. Mark believes that enterprise communications is the backbone of any good business. His mission is to make Soprano’s customers the best communicators in the world.
