Soprano joins IBM’s SPDE Framework to provide Enterprise SMS & MMS Messaging Solutions to Mobile Operators

Soprano Design, leaders in Enterprise SMS and MMS Messaging Solutions, today announced the completion of validation for the SOPRANO Mobile Enterprise Messaging Suite (MEMS) into the IBM Service Provider Delivery Environment (SPDE) Framework.

The SOPRANO Mobile Enterprise Messaging Suite (MEMS) provides a unique proposition for Mobile Operators accelerating Enterprise and Business messaging revenue with value-added SMS, MMS and Email messaging applications. IBM’s Service Provider Delivery Environment (SPDE) framework provides an industry framework based on telecom and IT standards that leverage IBM software products, IBM services and business partner applications such as SOPRANO MEMS to help Mobile Network Operators meet today’s market imperatives and exploit emerging opportunities. Through a comprehensive validation process, IBM and its business partners ensure interoperability of applications with the SPDE Framework.
