Patient Concierge won ‘Best AI Chatbot Solution’ at Juniper Research’s Future Digital Awards
Soprano Design and BT took home gold at Juniper Research’s prestigious Future Digital Awards for their innovative AI Chatbot Solution, Patient Concierge.
The solution — which will help transform the NHS — won Best AI Chatbot Solution ahead of stiff competition and is already generating huge interest from healthcare organisations across the UK.
Soprano’s Director of Conversational AI, Dean Withey, expressed his pride at picking up the award and is looking forward to seeing Patient Concierge being rolled out across the NHS in the UK, and beyond.
