(Nasdaq: TIBX) today announced that Australia’s largest telecommunications carrier, Telstra Corporation (ASX: TLS) , has awarded SOPRANO the Enhanced Information Services Project to be delivered on the SOPRANO InHarmony Mobile Information Portal platform. SOPRANO embedded TIBCO TIB /Rendezvous, TIB HAWK and TIB SDK into the SOPRANO InHarmony platform to provide a real time scalable architecture to manage the scaling requirements of carriers for mobile information services. The SOPRANO InHarmony platform will deliver personalised news, sport results, e-mail and stock quotes with both push and pull capability.
